An ordinary person with a desire for recognition, approaching mid-30s, searching for order in his own thoughts. Doing something that will last. Recording thoughts. For posterity? No. For myself and those who are interested. But first and foremost for myself. Having a hobby is a wonderful thing. Really engaging with it, telling others about it, and not just consuming things. For me, that’s even better.

And why here on the internet? This is where I grew up, became medium-sized, this is where I belong. One of those digital natives who, in early childhood and adolescence, exposed their retinas to everything that was somehow tangible. Good times, I tell you.

The whole thing came about because of the following fact: I start too many video games. And I’m frustrated that I hardly have any time for them and that today I hardly remember what I experienced in these worlds yesterday. But I’m so curious and want to try out new games. Classic FOMO? Possibly. But in order to somehow find closure with all the stuff I’ve started, why not write about it?
